Built ERP and CRM systems end to end for business clients: requirements, backend, frontend, deployment, and support.

• ERP platform (multi-tenant): Member management, double-entry accounting, and retail/POS across multiple business units, on a Nuxt 3 (Vue.js) + Go + PostgreSQL stack with role-based access and per-tenant isolation.
• CRM / loyalty platform: Customer and sales-staff loyalty system on a NestJS + Prisma + PostgreSQL backend, with several Next.js frontends (admin panel, PWA, chatbot).
